These plain-language terms cover working with Volcana. By hiring us, you agree to them.

How it works

You tell us about your project. We build a free mockup — no charge, no obligation.
If you love it and want it live, you pay for the tier you choose. Work begins after payment.
Each tier includes the revisions listed on our site. Extra revisions can be arranged.

Pricing & payment

Prices are as listed at the time you order. Launch and Pro are flat, one-time fees.
Signature projects are custom-quoted; a deposit may be required before work begins.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Timelines

We share target turnaround times in good faith (e.g. 1–2 days for Launch). Timelines start once we have what we need from you (content, photos, approvals) and depend on revision turnaround.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, the final website files are yours — no lock-in. You're responsible for your own domain and any ongoing hosting unless we agree otherwise. We may feature completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Refunds

Because you approve a free mockup before paying, work is custom and generally non-refundable once started. If something goes wrong, talk to us — we'll work to make it right.

Limitation

We deliver our work with care but can't guarantee specific business results (traffic, sales, rankings). Volcana isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a delivered site.
