Volcana ("we") builds websites for small businesses and founders. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who it's shared with. We keep this short and honest.

What we collect

Contact & project details you submit through our intake form — such as your name, email or phone, business name, and what you're looking for.
Payment information, only if you choose to pay for a project. Card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe — they never touch our servers.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data. Ever.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry and prepare your free mockup.
To deliver, host, and support the website you hire us to build.
To process payment for work you've approved.

Who it's shared with

Only the service providers that make the above possible:

FormSubmit and Netlify — deliver and store your form submission so we receive it.
Stripe — processes any payment you make.
Google Workspace — our business email.

Each handles your data under its own privacy terms. We don't share your information with anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you've sent us at any time — just email volcanateam@volcanabuild.com. If you're a portfolio feature candidate, we'll always ask permission before publishing anything about your project.
